The Senator DSV45-8 is a 45kW (60 hp) base-mounted variable speed drive (VSD) rotary screw air compressor set to a working pressure of 8 bar (116 psi), delivering 3.04-7.60 m³/min (107-268 cfm) of free air. It is a dependable, cost-effective source of compressed air for busy factories, multi-shift production lines, plastics and packaging plants and central plant-room air systems.
The Senator DSV Series pairs a German-engineered EU COMP air end with a variable speed drive that constantly matches motor speed to your air demand. Instead of running flat out and idling, it delivers exactly the air you need, cutting electricity use by typically 15 to 30% compared with a fixed speed compressor.
