The Peerless Black PB2500 Single Phase Air Compressor is a powerful, compact, and portable solution tailored for builders, renovators, and DIY enthusiasts. This direct-drive compressor delivers exceptional performance, making it an indispensable tool for various applications.

The Peerless Black PB2500 is designed for the building industry and the home handyman, being one of the largest direct drives on the market producing 154 litres of free air delivery per minute, the Peerless PB2500 also ensures a more compact lightweight compressor that is portable and fits easily in the back of a utility.

Suitable for framing gun and finishing gun but not suitable for a coil gun, for a coil gun we recommend using the Peerless Black 14000 belt drive air compressor.

Peerless Black PB2500 Features

High Free Air Delivery: The PB2500 boasts a free air delivery of 154 litres per minute at 100 PSI, efficiently powering framing and finishing nail guns, among other pneumatic tools.

Compact and Portable Design: Weighing 25 kg (totalling 30 litres), this compressor is designed for easy transportation and storage, fitting comfortably in the back of a utility vehicle.

Robust 2.5 HP Motor: Equipped with a genuine 2.5 HP motor, the PB2500 ensures reliable performance for various light industrial and DIY tasks.

Quick Recovery Time: The compressor achieves a pump-up time to 100 PSI in approximately 1.15 to 1.20 minutes, allowing for efficient operation and reduced downtime.

Please note: air compressors i.e piston type, are not designed to run continuously they must cut in and out. Direct drive models should only have up to a 40-50% duty cycle. Belt Drive hobby models are up to 60-70% and full industrial belt drive models are up to 75-85%. If the compressor runs over these duty cycles it could cause failure. Important – first check voltage on each building site as low voltage will cause the motor to fail on all compressors. It must have be better than 230 volt at peak times. Extension leads will cause voltage drop, it’s better to use extra air hose.
